Kallisté Island Retreat is operated by Doukas Hospitality S.A., Cliff Road, Ágios Stéfanos, 84600 Cyclades, Greece. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect
When you book or stay: your name, contact details, travel dates, room and rate, payment details, arrival information and any preferences you choose to share, such as dietary needs.
When you browse: basic technical information such as device type and pages viewed, through cookies you have agreed to.
Why we use it
To manage your reservation and stay, to take payment, to meet our legal obligations such as guest registration, and, with your permission, to send you our seasonal letters.
Who we share it with
Our booking engine and payment provider, who process data on our behalf under contract; local authorities where the law requires it; and partners such as transfer drivers or the spa, only for the services you have asked for.
How long we keep it
Reservation records for seven years, as Greek tax law requires. Marketing preferences until you unsubscribe. Website analytics for fourteen months.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, move or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site and booking work, and optional analytics cookies only if you accept them. Sound and language preferences are stored in your browser.
Changes
If we change this notice in a meaningful way, we will say so on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
